Director of Design: Deputy Team

The Design Deputy team is looking for 3 enthusiastic deputies for the team who would work together to archive these common goals:

• Alumni connections and relationship improvement 
• Space management 
• Event planning and coordination 
• Safety training and workshops within the design bay 
• Communication and outreach 

The team of 3 deputies would work closely with each other and the Director of Design to delegate these roles within the team while still working alongside each other to complete the goal in the best possible way

Candidate must be: 

Passionate about improving Design Teams' Experiences and the Design Bay Space

Helpful qualities

• Good communication skills
• Good planning skills 
• Being approachable 
• Creativity
• Interest in Design teams

The time commitment for this role will fluctuate week to week depending on what is upcoming. 

Some commitments to expect include:

- 1 weekly meeting (sometimes as a whole team, other times just with the Director of Design)

- Additional time each week spent working on your individual tasks outlined above
