Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive institutional giving program focused on corporate sponsorships and foundation grants
- Build and steward relationships with current and prospective funders, developing compelling proposals and partnership opportunities
- Maintain accurate donor records in Salesforce, create reports, track progress toward revenue goals, and contribute to development dashboards
- Partner with the Chief Development Officer to set annual institutional giving and sponsorship revenue targets and strategies

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or CFRE certification a plus
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, business development, or institutional relations with a record of securing five- and six-figure gifts
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with ability to craft persuasive, tailored proposals and sponsorship packages
- Proven experience using Salesforce (or comparable CRM) for donor management, reporting, and analytics
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
