Director of Corporate Development

Core responsibilities:

• Establish a clear framework for evaluating non-organic growth opportunities
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize corporate development opportunities including partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions
• Lead strategic assessments of new opportunities using financial analysis, valuation, and modeling tools
• Support corporate and business-unit strategy development through market analysis and competitive intelligence

This role helps scale carbon removal projects that capture and permanently store CO₂, contributing to durable climate impact and altering the trajectory of climate change.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting
• Demonstrated experience evaluating and executing complex transactions such as M&A deals or infrastructure asset development
• Advanced Excel and proficiency in financial modeling for transactions
• Strong understanding of energy markets, carbon markets, and emerging energy technologies
