Mission
What you will drive
- Create and implement operational plans for all facets of global health communications strategy to support the organizational mission to accelerate health equity
- Lead and coordinate internal and external resources to implement communications initiatives, including managing freelance/agency resources and overseeing website and social media strategy
- Engage with media, external partners, physician experts and other stakeholders to educate, influence and drive interest in the organization's mission
- Manage entry and mid-level team-members, oversee consultants, and own the budget planning process for the Communications functional area

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's or relevant certification preferred
- 10+ years of professional experience in global health communications required; non-profit and/or experience across multiple healthcare sectors including pharmaceuticals and diagnostics a plus
- Experience in managing campaigns and initiatives with earned media, social media, and collateral elements
- Advanced project management skills and ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment with a solid track-record of following through on commitments
