Director of Communications

• Lead and develop L4GG's communications department, including strategy, brand architecture, and digital presence across all channels.
• Supervise a team of 4-5 staff, including hiring, mentoring, and building systems to scale output.
• Drive digital strategy, content production, and performance analytics to amplify the organization's mission.

• 10+ years of progressive communications experience with depth in digital strategy, brand architecture, and integrated marketing.
• Demonstrated success leading or building communications teams in nonprofit, advocacy, or mission-driven organizations.
• Deep fluency across digital channels: SEO, paid media, email/SMS marketing, social strategy, analytics, and marketing technology.
• Active engagement with AI-powered communications tools and a track record of using technology to scale team output.
