Mission
What you will drive
- Lead ARC's communications and marketing strategy, including brand, digital experience, website, email, social media, and event communications.
- Partner with the development team to design and execute integrated fundraising campaigns that convert engagement into philanthropic support.
- Own the annual communications plan, content calendar, and cross-departmental coordination, measuring performance to refine approach.
- Manage external vendors and contractors, including a comprehensive website redesign in year 1.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in nonprofit communications, marketing, or external relations, including direct experience supporting fundraising and donor communications.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with ability to translate complex scientific content for lay audiences.
- Proven success planning and executing integrated multi-channel campaigns that measurably grew engagement and/or revenue.
- Strong project management, executive function, and experience managing external vendors and digital projects.
