Mission

What you will drive

  • Act as the primary owner for national-scale residential solar financiers and O&M providers, navigating complex client organizations to influence key decision-makers for long-term retention and partnership health.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the Residential Client Success Management (CSM) team, fostering a culture of high performance and guiding the team from tactical support to strategic account management.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and financial teams to ensure client portfolios meet performance guarantees, being accountable for the narrative regarding yield expectations, SLAs, and technical uptime.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for service expansion and upsell within existing major accounts, turning service delivery into revenue growth.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of professional experience in the solar industry, with at least 5 years in a senior account management or asset management role specifically supporting Third-Party Owned (TPO) residential portfolios.
  • Deep understanding of solar project finance, including Tax Equity structures, PPA/Lease mechanics, and the financial impact of technical underperformance on asset valuation.
  • High level of comfort discussing solar system architecture, inverter performance, and monitoring hardware (DAS) with technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-million dollar contracts, specifically enforcing MSAs and SLAs, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
