Director of Business Development - Marine Corps

Core responsibilities:

• Leads critical projects and initiatives to address key strategic questions or issues for the company
• Develops, coordinates and implements business strategies to align with the company's objectives to drive growth and profitability
• Organizes and guides a cross-functional team of leaders and provides coaching, direction and leadership support
• Designs and leads analysis efforts to identify simplification opportunities and quantify potential impact

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Development or a related field
• Ten (10) or more years of related direct experience OR Seven (7) or more years of related consulting experience
• Five (5) or more years of management experience
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Pay Range: $136,800.00 - $253,200.00 USD annually. The company prioritizes a people-first culture and offers various opportunities to support team member growth and success.
