What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Create and drive sales strategies for Practice Greenhealth network expansion, aligning with organizational strategic objectives and mission-impact goals
- Supervise the Associate Director of Growth and Growth & Partner Experience Manager to ensure execution of strategic sales priorities
- Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets while identifying new market opportunities
- Oversee the Growth team's operational functions including prospecting, forecasting, client relationship management, and data analysis

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- Demonstrated success in consultative sales, business development, and/or growth strategy within network/membership organizations or associations with at least 7 years of professional experience
- Experience in 'high-stakes' consultative sales, specifically in negotiating complex service agreements and managing high-volume sales pipelines
- Strong financial acumen including ability to manage departmental budgets, conduct market research, and provide accurate sales forecasting
- Proficient in using CRM tools like Pipedrive or Salesforce
