Director of Business Development & Impact

Core responsibilities:

• Create and drive sales strategies for Practice Greenhealth network expansion, aligning with organizational strategic objectives and mission-impact goals
• Supervise the Associate Director of Growth and Growth & Partner Experience Manager to ensure execution of strategic sales priorities
• Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets while identifying new market opportunities
• Oversee the Growth team's operational functions including prospecting, forecasting, client relationship management, and data analysis

This role creates positive change by expanding Practice Greenhealth's network of sustainable healthcare organizations, delivering environmental solutions to hospitals and health systems to help them meet sustainability goals and move toward higher standards of care.

Required skills and experience:

• Demonstrated success in consultative sales, business development, and/or growth strategy within network/membership organizations or associations with at least 7 years of professional experience
• Experience in 'high-stakes' consultative sales, specifically in negotiating complex service agreements and managing high-volume sales pipelines
• Strong financial acumen including ability to manage departmental budgets, conduct market research, and provide accurate sales forecasting
• Proficient in using CRM tools like Pipedrive or Salesforce

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary Range: $125,000-$135,000 annually
• FLSA Status: Exempt
• FTE Status: 1FTE (full-time equivalent)
