What you will drive

  • Define and lead audience growth strategies across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels.
  • Identify high-potential audience niches and develop strategies to reach and engage them.
  • Build a repeatable model for testing, learning, and scaling audience growth initiatives.
  • Partner with creators, editors, and designers to produce platform-native content and manage a network of freelance collaborators.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years experience growing nascent social media audiences, with demonstrated ability to scale audiences on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms.
  • Strong instincts for platform-native content and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working with creators, freelancers, or distributed content teams.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Benefits

Salary range: $90,000-$104,000.
