Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Communicate PCPHL's complex work to various audiences, highlighting both local impact in Philadelphia and national replication value
- Develop and lead fundraising and communications strategy aligned with mission and growth goals, setting annual targets and tracking progress
- Build relationships with donors, funders, and partners from the ground up, including individual donors, institutional funders, corporate partners, and government entities
- Manage communications, brand voice, website, social media, and digital presence to authentically represent the organization

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in nonprofit fundraising, communications, or related social impact work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- At least 3 years of experience leading donor conversations, including making direct funding requests for five-figure gifts
- At least 2 years of experience building relationships with a board or committee, engaging volunteer leaders in fundraising roles
- Strong writing and communication skills with ability to adjust language for different audiences, genuine connection to PCPHL's mission, and commitment to equity and inclusion
