What you will drive

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of account managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Enhance the operating cadence of the account management team to help ensure Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) of 90%+.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize value from Ascend Analytics' suite of solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Product, and Analytics—to align client needs with innovative solutions.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management leadership.
