Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of MEL systems for data-driven impact measurement, learning, and adaptation across diverse regions
- Develop MEL frameworks, oversee data collection/analysis, ensure data quality, build partner capacity, and drive stakeholder engagement
- Report on outcomes to donors and leadership to inform strategy and demonstrate effectiveness
- Oversee rollout of Salesforce dashboards to capture necessary data for informed programmatic decisions

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- BA/BS in relevant discipline (Master's preferred) with 10+ years of leadership in MEL/research roles within NGOs or international organizations
- 5+ years of management/supervisory experience with proven track record of coaching and team development
- Experience designing and implementing MEL systems for donor-funded projects, preferably in vision care or healthcare programs
- Strong quantitative/qualitative research, analysis, and evaluation skills with experience in Salesforce or similar platforms
