Unique among our competitors, we directly enable concrete climate action through our integrated digital marketplaces for clean power, carbon credits and RECs.
Role
Lead all marketing activities for the company appropriate for its stage of development, including developing and implementing our lead gen program, managing content and internal webinars and coordinating with sales.
Responsibilities
· Drive all lead gen efforts, building market awareness, capturing buyer interest and building a pipeline to exceed targets
· Manage, analyze results and refine campaigns based on agreed metrics
· Own and manage implementation, usage and effectiveness of marketing tech tools
· Understand and implement best practices in an AI first environment
Qualifications
Applicants must have a strong understanding of marketing, with relevant work experience. Knowledge about climate change, enterprise decarbonization pathways and climate tech solutions are helpful. Work history may include marketing experience with B2B SaaS fintech, climate tech, carbon accounting, renewable power, or carbon offset companies, or in similar adjacent fields.
The exceptional candidate will have:
· 2-5+ years of marketing experience, including demand gen
· Strong skills in digital strategy and execution, especially with AI tools
· Some job experience in decarbonization, ESG matters and/or climate markets
· Ability to manage multiple projects at various levels of scale
· Experience with current tech stack required/helpful: Hubspot, Webflow, Landbot, Apollo, Instantly, Hey Reach, Claude.
· BA/BS degree is required
