Mission
What you will drive
- Lead Circ's brand, marketing, communications, and product marketing efforts to establish the company as a category leader in circular materials.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive commercial growth, brand awareness, and market adoption.
- Shape compelling narratives around Circ's technology and sustainability value proposition, and manage go-to-market campaigns.
- Build and lead a lean marketing function, managing agencies and cross-functional priorities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years of marketing experience in high-growth, B2B, or consumer-facing businesses, with proven leadership in brand, marketing, and product marketing.
- Experience launching or scaling brands, products, or categories, and translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience in fashion, textiles, sustainability, or circularity preferred; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
