Director, Major Gifts

• In this role, you'll advance the organisation's mission by identifying, cultivating, and stewarding major gifts ($25,000+) to build long-term donor relationships.
• Independently manage a major-gift portfolio using tailored moves management strategies for each prospect.
• Develop and execute personalized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans with annual benchmarks.
• Draft personalized communications and conduct donor visits to present funding opportunities and impact.
• Maintain donor records in CRM, track engagement strategies, and support legacy giving programmes.
