Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the Legal Department's litigation work, including developing and implementing strategic litigation strategies
  • Oversee impact litigation and legal advocacy to protect the rights of low-income immigrant communities
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop legal staff including Staff Attorneys, Senior Staff Attorneys, and Legal Fellows
  • Collaborate with Policy, Strategy and Partnerships, Strategic Communications, and Development teams to advance organizational goals

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor from accredited school and active member in good standing with a State Bar
  • At least 10 years of combined litigation experience including substantial federal court and appellate practice
  • 4+ years of leadership/management experience including legal supervision, case development, and project management
  • Demonstrated experience in immigration, education, healthcare, labor/employment, and/or civil rights law

  • Salary range: $132,664 - $175,000
