Director, Individual Giving

Core responsibilities:

• Build relationships with volunteers, board members, corporate representatives, foundations and current and prospective donors toward qualifying and building a caseload of donors
• Manage a portfolio of 125-150 donors and create/execute moves management plans for each qualified donor
• Work with market leadership, program, and communications teams to secure project information for proposals and solicitations
• Create and submit monthly reports reflecting caseload activity and performance

This role creates positive change by securing philanthropic support that sustains Peer Health Exchange's mission to build healthier communities with young people through health education and mental health resources, reaching nearly 1 million teens across the country.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years proven track record of securing mid-level and major gifts with demonstrated moves management experience
• Experience in building an individual giving program and successful track record of securing 5-figure gifts from individuals
• Strong working knowledge of mid-level and major gifts area; sales management and campaign experience highly desirable
• Experience with Salesforce or other comparable CRMs required
