Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with volunteers, board members, corporate representatives, foundations and current and prospective donors toward qualifying and building a caseload of donors
  • Manage a portfolio of 125-150 donors and create/execute moves management plans for each qualified donor
  • Work with market leadership, program, and communications teams to secure project information for proposals and solicitations
  • Create and submit monthly reports reflecting caseload activity and performance

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years proven track record of securing mid-level and major gifts with demonstrated moves management experience
  • Experience in building an individual giving program and successful track record of securing 5-figure gifts from individuals
  • Strong working knowledge of mid-level and major gifts area; sales management and campaign experience highly desirable
  • Experience with Salesforce or other comparable CRMs required
