Mission

What you will drive

  • Design and lead evaluations for Campus Compact programs, from framework development through final reporting, including data collection, analysis, and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics aligned to the strategic plan, building dashboards and reporting tools for leadership and staff.
  • Build staff capacity in evaluation and evidence-informed practice through tools, training, and coaching, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the organizational hub for evaluation practice, collaborating across teams and with external partners to translate findings into compelling narratives.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Master's degree in program evaluation, public policy, social science, education, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program evaluation, applied research, or closely related field at a comparable level of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and leading evaluations from inception through dissemination, independently or in coordination with others.
  • Experience in higher education, civic engagement, nonprofit, and/or membership-based organizations; strong communication, project management, and data analysis skills.
