What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a long-term roadmap for EPE's Grid Modernization organization aligned with industry trends, stakeholder needs, and strategic goals
  • Evolve service offerings in DER Integration, grid resiliency, and advanced distribution operations (e.g., Flexible Interconnection, Virtual Power Plants, DSO strategies)
  • Lead and manage departmental financials, including revenue and profit forecasting to support strategic alignment
  • Represent EPE at industry events to promote thought leadership and build strategic partnerships

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field; Master's degree and PE license preferred
  • 10+ years in Power Systems Planning with emphasis on Distribution and DER integration
  • 5+ years in leadership roles guiding teams and strategic initiatives
  • Deep expertise in DER integration, interconnection standards, and grid modernization technologies
