Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage efficient workflow to support the full grant lifecycle, including organization verification, grant recommendation, grant agreement, payments, amendments, reporting, and close out
- Monitor and evaluate grant progress and deliverables to ensure milestones are met, compliance requirements are satisfied, and finances are in order
- Manage grantmaking timelines, workflows, and internal coordination for grantmaking strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with program goals and deadlines
- Directly supervise and mentor two high-performing team members while building and maintaining relationships with grantees across the global portfolio

- Accomplished professional with prior experience at a private foundation and deep understanding of the grant lifecycle
- Demonstrated sound reasoning, creativity, good judgment, and ability to think critically across unique situations
- Detail-oriented with solid quantitative and analytical skills, strong organizational abilities, and capacity to establish plans and meet deadlines
- Strong emotional and situational intelligence with ability to work collaboratively, build trust across stakeholders, and nurture a culture of accountability
