Mission
What you will drive
- Translate strategic direction from the Head of GDC into structured workplans, frameworks, and operating standards, driving disciplined implementation across all GDC workstreams.
- Own cross-initiative coordination and standardization, ensuring consistency in service design, process documentation, and performance measurement.
- Lead AI and data enablement by building a prioritized use-case pipeline, deploying AI tools, and tracking ROI.
- Define and track KPIs, build dashboards, and ensure data quality for leadership visibility.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10–14 years in management consulting, business analysis, transformation PMO, chief-of-staff, or operating-partner roles with global delivery or large-scale change program exposure.
- Demonstrated ability to turn senior leaders' ideas into structured materials and implemented outcomes.
- Strong cross-functional orchestration skills; advanced PowerPoint, executive storytelling, and crisp business writing.
- Hands-on with generative AI in an enterprise setting (Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise); solid analytical skills with Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL fundamentals.
