  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, and/or revenue generation (nonprofit or corporate).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary range varies by location: $98,000-$120,000 (Seattle, Boston, Los Angeles); $78,000-$106,000 (Portland, Denver); $62,000-$84,000 (Minneapolis, Columbus).
