Director, Finance

• Co-own the company’s enterprise financial and operating model, translating business strategy into a dynamic, driver-based view of growth, capital needs, and returns.
• Lead scenario planning across key variables to inform executive decisions and shape annual planning, long-range strategy, and rolling forecasts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate investments, assess new market entry, and support strategic initiatives through rigorous analysis.
• Build and evolve a single source of truth for project and portfolio performance, defining and tracking KPIs to guide leadership decisions.

This role drives the financial strategy and capital allocation for a leading commercial rooftop solar developer, accelerating the deployment of clean energy and reducing carbon emissions by turning rooftops into local power plants.

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or finance-related positions with exposure to energy or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical toolkit with experience building models, structuring ambiguous problems, and translating analysis into decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with significant ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly.
