What you will drive
- Lead engagement in MISO and SPP stakeholder processes to remove barriers and expand opportunities for advanced energy technologies.
- Develop and implement strategies, build relationships with RTO staff and stakeholders, and advocate for market reforms.
- Manage and mentor team members, and support United's annual portfolio planning process.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Political Science, Public Policy or equivalent experience; Master's degree a plus.
- 7-10 years of professional experience with RTOs/ISOs and/or FERC; MISO/SPP region experience a plus.
- Experience managing and training a team.
- Exceptional professional writing skills, particularly regulatory filings.
