Director

• Lead software engineering delivery across multiple digital online programs and products, defining engineering strategy, architecture governance, and delivery frameworks.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted software engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI APIs) to improve productivity and quality, and enable AI-driven automation in coding, testing, documentation, monitoring, and deployment.
• Partner with executive leadership, clients, and business stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps, present delivery metrics, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives leveraging cloud, AI, automation, and analytics, and mentor engineering leaders to build high-performing teams.

This role drives digital transformation and operational efficiency within Eurofins' global network, enabling faster time-to-market for business needs and enhancing customer experiences through innovative online solutions.

• Proven experience as a Software Engineering Director or similar senior leadership role, with expertise in AI-powered engineering tools, digital transformation, and enterprise delivery management.
• Strong technical leadership with hands-on understanding of modern AI engineering ecosystems (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Microsoft AI, Google AI/ML, Amazon AI services).
• Experience managing large delivery teams including developers and QAs, driving Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to present to executive leadership and build customer relationships.
