What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and mentor a growing organization of engineering managers and senior engineers across multiple teams
- Write production code regularly to maintain technical context and credibility
- Define technical vision for how humans and AI agents interact with our platform, grounded in implementation reality
- Partner with Head of Product and Head of Engineering to align technical solutions with product strategy

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in frontend systems and APIs
- 4+ years leading engineering teams, including managing managers, while maintaining hands-on technical contributions
- Strong command of modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js) and full-stack development
- Experience with AI/ML systems, agent frameworks, and agentic protocols (MCP, A2A)
