Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the Directorate of Energy Markets and Security in delivering the programme of work, providing strategic direction for global energy market analysis, emergency preparedness, and renewable energy deployment policies.
- Represent the Directorate and Agency at senior levels with member governments, international institutions, private sector, and civil society, promoting global dialogue on energy markets and security.
- Manage and develop a multicultural team of over 110 staff through recruitment, professional development, and performance management, ensuring effective use of resources.
