Director, Electrical Engineering

• Manage and inspire a high-performance global electrical systems engineering team that develops the industry's best hardware
• Set vision for your team and cultivate leadership within the team to achieve that vision
• Execute against complex product roadmaps and represent Lime electronics design at all levels of leadership
• Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership to shape future roadmaps, product architectures, technology investments, partnerships, and product plans

This role contributes to building vehicles for a world where transportation is shared, affordable, and carbon-free, supporting Lime's mission to create carbon-free transportation alternatives.

• BSEE or similar with 10+ years of experience managing teams developing novel electronic solutions
• Experience managing globally distributed teams and navigating cross-cultural communication effectively
• Experience developing embedded systems and partnering with firmware teams to deliver low power systems
• Experience developing connected products (bluetooth, wifi, GPS, LTE, UWB, NFC)
