What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Design and implement donor compliance systems, policies, and tools to ensure accountability, transparency, and efficiency
  • Provide expert guidance on donor regulations and award terms for grants, contracts, and cooperative agreements from entities like US Government, European agencies, foundations, and international donors
  • Oversee grant, sub-grant, and contract administration including start-up, closeout, dispute resolution, and capacity building for country teams
  • Support proposal development by reviewing solicitations, ensuring compliance, and leading donor negotiations

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Public Administration
  • Extensive experience with institutional donors including USG, World Bank, UNICEF, Global Fund, FCDO
  • Experience in international development organization working in contract, grant, and awards management
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and multicultural environments with strong ethical standards and confidentiality
