Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite and key decision-makers at large commercial and industrial companies, understanding their solar needs and providing tailored solutions
- Lead business development by helping develop comprehensive solar strategies for key clients and expanding coverage to new markets
- Coordinate across internal construction, project management, interconnection, policy, and finance teams to ensure projects are developed efficiently and on schedule
- Prepare proposals and presentations, provide exceptional customer service, and address inquiries and feedback throughout the sales process

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, project development or management consulting
- Strong understanding of solar project development lifecycles and coordination across construction, interconnection, policy, and finance functions
- Experience managing client relationships at large companies and knowledge of sustainability topics including solar energy and ESG trends
- Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills with ability to drive high-visibility projects
