What you will drive
- Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise analytics solutions enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Partner with business leaders and technology teams to translate business priorities into scalable analytics capabilities and trusted data products.
- Establish analytics solution architecture standards, oversee delivery execution, and ensure analytics platforms are secure, reliable, and aligned with business value.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of solution architects, analytics engineers, BI developers, and analysts.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, data architecture, data engineering, or related technology roles.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, or large-scale analytics delivery initiatives.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, lakehouse architectures, and modern analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English.
