Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of Amnesty International USA's creative content, branding, website, and social media strategy
- Collaborate with and supervise AIUSA's social media, creative multimedia content, and web content staff, and oversee related work provided by freelance and external agencies
- Develop and implement a creative and impactful digital marketing and communications strategy
- Work as a hands-on contributor, developing new creative content and providing support for web and social media content creation and publication

Required skills, experience, qualifications:
- Leadership position on AIUSA's Marketing & Communications team, reporting to the National Director of Marketing and Communications
- Experience in creative strategy, digital marketing, and communications
- Ability to collaborate with and supervise staff, freelancers, and external agencies
- Experience working with digital fundraising and advocacy teams, issue experts, campaigners, organizers, members, and leaders
