Corporate Development, Director

Core responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and execute strategic transactions and special projects
• Work on M&A deals, debt offerings, JV agreements, project finance, sales channel partnerships, and other high-impact initiatives
• Identify edge-case risks and structure favorable terms for bespoke finance-oriented projects
• Execute company-defining deals working directly with CEO/CFO and alongside VP of Corporate Development

This role creates positive change by executing strategic transactions and special projects that drive company growth and enable Last Energy to expand its clean energy solutions, contributing to climate change mitigation through increased access to sustainable power generation.
