Director, Corporate Development

Core responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and execute strategic transactions and special projects including M&A deals, debt offerings, JV agreements, project finance, and sales channel partnerships
• Work on high-impact initiatives requiring modeling expertise and sharp judgment to identify edge-case risks and structure favorable terms
• Work directly with CEO/CFO and alongside VP of Corporate Development to execute company-defining deals
