Director, Commercial Development

• Originate and develop GW-scale energy and infrastructure projects to support next-generation AI compute campuses.
• Drive execution across all aspects of projects, including siting, design, power sourcing, and deal execution.
• Define strategic plans for growth on the Energy Development Group, focusing on delivering industry-leading time-to-market and creative energy solutions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, and relationship management with renewable developers, IPPs, and AI workload end users.

This role directly enables the expansion of AI infrastructure while catalyzing low-carbon baseload power sources, accelerating the transition to sustainable energy and supporting responsible AI development.

• 8+ years of experience in the energy industry, specifically in project development, financing, and/or origination roles.
• Proven experience in power marketing and PPA origination.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. energy market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent negotiation, strategic thinking, and leadership skills; ability to mentor junior team members.
