Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the end-to-end member engagement journey from onboarding through renewal decision points
- Develop renewal strategy and coordinate renewal timelines with recruitment, finance, and senior leadership
- Design and steward coalition structures that enable peer learning, shared leadership, and collective action
- Serve as primary relationship owner for complex, high-touch, or strategically significant member institutions
- Supervise, support, and develop full-time and contract staff including the Senior Coordinator for Coalitions and Member Experience

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree preferred
- 3+ years in roles with similar capacity & responsibilities including experience performing duties outlined above
- Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce to track member engagement and lifecycle activity
- Demonstrated ability to use data and qualitative insight to inform decisions and adapt strategies
- Comprehensive understanding of civic and community engagement in higher education
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly in support of member engagement and coalition-building
