Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain, and revise the overall strategy for the clinical development functional area within CEPI R&D
- Oversee and manage the tactical implementation of the clinical development plan, including maintaining relationships with contract research organizations, implementing partners, and investigative sites
- Manage clinical development plans of outsourced work from feasibility assessment to project completion, ensuring compliance with SOPs, regulatory regulations, and ICH GCP guidelines
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team with accountability for performance and resource management

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with extensive experience in clinical development, clinical trials, and clinical study plan design in a global setting
- Internationally recognized clinical expert with demonstrated history of productive engagements with external partners and investigators
- Demonstrated personnel leadership and management skills at a senior management level
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, international, multidisciplinary environment and adapt successfully in ambiguous and changing ecosystems
