Mission
What you will drive
- Oversee the climate resilience program portfolio to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and scale across multiple countries.
- Lead the design of market-led climate resilience strategies focusing on rural livelihood value chain advisory and financial inclusion.
- Manage budgeting, partner agreements, and grant compliance while building relationships with funders and stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor program staff, ensuring high-quality implementation and capacity bridging.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Masterโs degree in international development, agricultural economics, rural finance, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years in international development, with 5+ years managing institutional grant-funded projects.
- 5+ years in economic inclusion programming (poverty graduation, market systems development).
- 6+ years direct supervisory experience; strong project design, M&E, and financial inclusion skills.
