Director, Business Transformation

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that drive strategic business objectives, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable business value.
• Develop and oversee execution plans for transformation roadmaps, aligning process, technology, and change management with organizational priorities.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and performance barriers, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Establish governance frameworks, facilitate stakeholder communication, and drive accountability for results across cross-functional teams.

This role accelerates the transition to renewable energy by driving operational excellence and scalable processes, enabling Pattern Energy to deliver low-cost clean energy to millions of consumers while respecting the environment and communities.

• 7-10+ years of experience in business transformation, program management, or project management within the energy industry.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptive mindset, and deep understanding of the energy sector.
• Experience with value engineering or Lean methodology tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping) is valuable but not mandatory.

Salary range: $137,000 - $186,000 USD. Includes bonus structure, medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, family care benefits, employee assistance program, paid time off and bonding leave, paid holidays, 401(k)/RRSP with employer contribution, and employee referral bonuses.
