What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Generating multiple leads in various industries, with an emphasis on clients with gross monthly waste and recycling costs over $5,000 per month before taxes
  • Planning and managing business development activities using a collaborative strategy to acquire new clients
  • Identifying and targeting new prospects each week using various communication strategies
  • Lead generation through appropriate propositions, cold calling and ethical sales methods

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • 3-5 years or more of proven sales experience with pure "hunting ability"
  • Experience in CRM software and working in fast-paced competitive environments
  • Excellent client relations skills with proven ability to form relationships and produce results
  • Strong communication, organizational, time management, and negotiation skills
