What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Generating multiple leads in various industries, with an emphasis on clients with gross monthly waste and recycling costs over $5,000 per month before taxes
- Planning and managing business development activities using a collaborative strategy to acquire new clients
- Identifying and targeting new prospects each week using various communication strategies
- Lead generation through appropriate propositions, cold calling and ethical sales methods

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 3-5 years or more of proven sales experience with pure "hunting ability"
- Experience in CRM software and working in fast-paced competitive environments
- Excellent client relations skills with proven ability to form relationships and produce results
- Strong communication, organizational, time management, and negotiation skills
