Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the development and implementation of the Climate division's sales strategy, aligning with corporate revenue goals
- Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring accountability, performance, and professional development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and service bundling, to expand program offerings
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute effective marketing plans for Climate division programs

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or STEM preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in outside sales within the field and 5+ years of leadership experience in people management
- Expertise in restructuring, building, growing, and/or managing a sales, operations, or client-focused team
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
