Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative agricultural policy solutions to reduce climate impacts from agriculture, focusing on cropland and fertilizer use.
- Guide strategy for analyzing complex agriculture issues and designing solutions that align stakeholders' economic incentives with planetary health.
- Serve as a lead authority on agricultural policy, representing EDF in various forums and building partnerships with government, private sector, and community stakeholders.
- Drive fundraising efforts, including cultivating donor relationships and drafting proposals, to advance EDF's mission.

What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree may substitute for up to two years of experience.

- Proven track record of planning and implementing strategic programs across complex institutional landscapes.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and lead small teams.
