Digital Technologist

• Works with the VDC Project Manager and performs tasks under minimal supervision.
• Responsible for work product.
• Takes direction from the VDC PM.
• Project Management Platform administration, training and reporting.
• Creation of coordinated field drawings and MEP Coordination.
• Lead project BIM coordination meetings to resolve issues.
• Train and Mentor VDC Project Engineers.
• Successfully plan and implements initiatives (tech or process) in a project, with pilot proof of concept, maintains and scales plan.

This role contributes to the efficient and innovative delivery of large-scale construction projects, improving infrastructure and community spaces.

• Experience with VDC/BIM and construction technology.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong coordination and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in project management platforms.
