Digital Solutions Engineer

Core responsibilities:

• Deeply analyze customer systems, processes, data flows and users throughout the TMS workflow today
• Identify pain points when introducing electric heavy duty vehicles and how Einride's Saga software services can resolve them
• Craft proposals explaining a seamless shift from current state to future state articulating the value utilizing Einride's services
• Present, discuss and improve solutions with the internal team and external customer stakeholders

This role enables businesses to accelerate towards their sustainability goals by transforming road freight through digital, electric and autonomous technologies, reducing environmental impact.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of +5 years of experience in a similar role such as sales engineering or complex solutions sales ideally from a TMS provider or TMS user
• Proven experience working with customers to design and implement software solutions tailored to their needs
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience
• Strong technical acumen and ability to understand and communicate complexities of SaaS products, APIs, integrations, and system architectures
