Digital Solutions Business Analyst

• Work closely with customers to drive requirement gathering for digital engineering products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data, utilising advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
• Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
• Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels, including stakeholders, team members, and end-users.

• Experience leading the creation of system documentation, supporting user testing, championing best-practice digital processes, and helping implement new technologies including advanced analytics, AI, and automation.
