Digital Portfolio Manager

• Lead and continuously develop the Digital Portfolio sub-function within Digital & IT, including strategy, operating model, governance, and delivery capability.
• Define and own portfolio standards for intake, prioritization, decision gates, delivery methodology, reporting, and performance measurement aligned with strategic priorities.
• Translate Digital and Technology Enablement strategies into structured programs and prioritized initiatives, with delegated authority for sequencing, capacity allocation, and portfolio trade-offs.
• Hold accountability for portfolio budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, spend control, vendor oversight, and resource/capacity planning across the DPMO and business units.

• Master's Degree in Business, Digital Transformation, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 10+ years’ experience in digital delivery, programme governance or transformation leadership.
• 5+ years' experience in renewable energy sector.
• Proven experience with portfolio-level governance and budget accountability; cross-functional leadership across business and technology domains.
