Digital Organizing & Communications Director

Core responsibilities:

• Develop, lead, and execute integrated communications and digital strategy to grow, engage, and inspire volunteer base
• Lead digital organizing strategies to grow reach and engagement across all digital channels (social media, email, web, text)
• Oversee creation of powerful, strategic content for email, social media, web, press materials, and supporter toolkits
• Lead and manage communications team, fostering culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional growth

This role creates positive change by mobilizing volunteers to defeat right-wing politics and build long-term power for working-class communities and communities of color through strategic digital organizing and communications.

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive digital organizing and communications experience, with at least 3 years in senior role managing staff and setting strategy
• Proven track record developing and executing high-impact communications and digital strategies in electoral, advocacy, or non-profit settings
• Exceptional writing, editing, and message discipline with expertise in digital platforms, content management systems, and analytics
• Demonstrated commitment to social justice and experience working with grassroots organizations

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually
