Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute FFJC's digital media and email marketing strategy, including social media, online advertising, and website management
  • Create engaging written, visual, and video content for various digital platforms to increase visibility and impact
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of all digital media content, compile monthly reports, and make recommendations for future strategy
  • Manage FFJC's email program including newsletters and action alerts, and oversee relationships with developers and external consultants

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • At least 5 years in professional communications managing digital content and social media platforms, or Bachelor's degree plus 3 years experience
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
  • Experience with digital media CMS software, analytics tools, and email campaigns (MailChimp preferred)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to write clear, compelling copy for different digital formats
  • Familiarity with creating, editing, and managing posts on WordPress sites

This is a full-time remote position within the continental United States with core hours from 12-4pm ET Monday through Friday and flexible remaining hours. The position includes occasional domestic travel for meetings and two mandatory staff retreats.
