Digital Marketing

• Execute and optimize digital initiatives across email, social media, web, and analytics to advance marketing technology capabilities
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement, including building and managing paid social programs
• Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to improve search visibility, qualified traffic, and conversions
• Analyze client journeys and competitive trends to identify digital enhancements and innovation opportunities

This role plays a critical part in advancing marketing technology capabilities, enhancing client engagement, and driving business growth for Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within financial services
• Proficiency with marketing automation, CMS, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., Pardot, Seismic, Google Analytics)
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000. Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus).
