Digital Fundraising Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Draft fundraising and other content for email, SMS and other platforms as assigned, ensuring excellence in the quality of the communications and that inclusive language and messaging resonates with diverse audiences
• Produce and conduct quality assurance (QA) for emails (built using HTML) and SMS messages
• Create and execute regular fundraising campaigns for digital platforms to help tell the story of our movement and raise critical funds in collaboration with the Development team and external consultants
• Support strategy and execution of fundraising campaigns in coordination with the Development team and assist in regular testing of digital platforms to ensure top-of-the-line fundraising programming

This role raises critical funds that enable Reproductive Freedom for All to protect and expand reproductive freedom for everybody, including access to abortion and contraception, by mobilizing millions of people to defend reproductive rights.

Required qualifications:

• At least 4 years of campaign, advocacy or electoral experience within a digital, political, marketing or communications team
• Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills with experience creating and executing digital fundraising campaigns
• Experience with HTML and experience using a membership database and/or CRM and CMS (Experience with EveryAction and ActBlue a plus)
• Experience analyzing email and SMS metrics to determine performance and demonstrated ability to reach a variety of audiences with different lived experiences

Salary: $62,000 – $85,000 annually

Full-time position with FLSA-Non Exempt status and Union Level 4 classification
